Recruiter/Administrative Support is a hybrid role that combines talent acquisitions responsibilities with office and administrative support duties.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Experience with Recruiting

Responsibilities

  • Post job openings on job boards, HRIS and company website
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and store managers
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment records
  • Answer phones, emails and other correspondence
  • Organize files and maintain records
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Support HR, Management, and other departments with administrative tasks
