As a Recruiting Analytics Intern, you will operate at the intersection of high-level strategy and deep-dive analytics, analyzing complex datasets to identify future competitive opportunities that enhance the global talent strategy.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree (May 2027 or May 2028 expected graduation date) in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
A natural curiosity for "the why" behind the numbers and a high degree of patience when working with large, complex datasets.
Exceptional ability to turn data into a compelling narrative for a variety of audiences.
A genuine interest in talent strategy, workforce analytics, & familiarity with AI tools & applying them to business and people operations

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, complex formulas); familiarity with SQL, Tableau or Python is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze large, diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and competitive "blind spots."
Gather and validate market data using external Competitive Intelligence platforms and labor market tools.
Build and maintain interactive visualizations to communicate strategic insights effectively.
Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and stay aligned with broader business goals.
Create executive-ready summaries.
