About The Position
A growing Technology company is looking for a Recruiter to add to their Talent Acquisition team as they continue to expand rapidly. This is a full life cycle recruiting role and a key part of the company’s Talent Acquisition Team. You will work closely with business leaders to identify talent needs throughout the company and source top talent, creating talent pipelines for current and future company needs using a variety of tools, networks, and methodologies. This is an individual contributor role.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for all types and levels of roles
- Creative/innovative Talent Acquisition mindset
- Experience with high-volume recruiting as well as niche/specialized recruiting
