About The Position

We’re looking for a Recruiter to join Vuori’s Talent Acquisition team and help attract exceptional talent across our HQ functions. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner closely with the P&C Business Partners and business leaders to identify, engage, and hire top candidates. This role is ideal for someone who is collaborative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building high-performing teams while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate / professional-level roles.
Proven ability to source and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and other innovative sourcing channels.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across HQ functions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, and a high-touch approach throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and business objectives.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and process compliance.
Track recruiting activity, provide regular hiring updates, and leverage recruiting metrics to drive informed hiring decisions and continuous process improvement.
