About The Position

International SOS is seeking a Recruiter for a 3-month contract position, with the possibility of extension. This is a fully remote role, and candidates must be based in the province of Ontario. The primary role of the Recruitment Team is to source medical professionals, such as nurses and paramedics, for remote industrial sites, as well as clinical and administrative staff for clinic locations. A corporate cell and laptop will be provided.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years healthcare/medical recruitment experience required
  • Experience headhunting/passive sourcing candidates
  • Intermediate Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Applicant Tracking System)
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members

Nice To Haves

  • Experience preferred (but not required) in the oilfield /construction industry
  • Experience preferred using SuccessFactors (MyHR)

Responsibilities

  • Effectively use MYHR (SuccessFactors) systems to drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process, recording all relevant details associated to job requisitions and candidates in a timely manner, ensuring applicants are categorized effectively and regularly conducting system ‘housekeeping’.
  • Assist Recruitment Lead in utilizing various candidate sourcing channels from database mining to social networking searches and passive candidate headhunting via Indeed and Linkedin Recruiter.
  • Conduct candidate pre-screens, behavioural interviews and background checks per portfolio.
  • Create offer letters and send with onboarding package via Docu-sign.
  • Ensure “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout recruitment process by ensuring all hiring policies and procedures.
