About The Position

We're looking for a Recruiter to join Recentive's business and operations team. In this role, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle — from building the foundation of how we hire to bringing in the talent that will define our next chapter. You'll work closely with hiring managers across every function to ensure we're finding, engaging, and closing the right people at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Drive hiring across the org: You'll partner with teams across engineering, go-to-market, and corporate functions to fill roles that matter. Speed and quality aren't trade-offs — you'll deliver both.
  • Building Foundations: As an early recruiting hire, you'll make decisions, build playbooks, and set systems that shape how Recentive hires for years to come. You know when to move fast and when to get it right.
  • Be their first call: When a hiring manager has a role to fill, a question about the market, or needs a thought partner on their team structure — they should think of you. From kick-off to offer, you own the experience end to end.
  • Candidate focus: You'll need to represent Recentive's story compellingly and authentically. You understand that great recruiting is driven by relationships and a relentless commitment to finding people others can't.
  • Enable connectivity: You will serve as a key liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders. Documenting pipelines, sharing market insights, and creating feedback loops to keep hiring aligned with business priorities.
