About The Position

UnitedMasters is seeking a versatile Temporary Recruiter to support hiring across two distinct businesses: UnitedMasters, a music technology company, and Translation, a creative advertising agency. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives on variety, handling a wide range of corporate, technical, creative, and business roles. The Recruiter will serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, driving full-cycle recruiting while helping improve recruiting operations, candidate experience, and hiring quality. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruiting process, partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, building and maintaining candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The role also involves acting as a strategic advisor, providing market insights and compensation guidance, and facilitating effective hiring decisions. Sourcing efforts will utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative strategies to develop diverse talent pipelines. The Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruiting data in the applicant tracking system, track key recruiting metrics, and recommend process improvements. Support for employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and talent community engagement is also expected.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of hiring high-performing talent across multiple functions and levels, including senior-level roles
  • Ability to recruit a mix of corporate, technical, and creative talent.
  • Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success attracting passive candidates.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing searches in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or another ATS.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting and process improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ADP, Greenhouse, and Google suite preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process across a wide variety of corporate, technical, creative, and business roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, interview plans, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining speed, quality, and communication.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
  • Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring recommendations.
  • Facilitate interview calibration and drive effective hiring decisions.
  • Influence stakeholders to ensure an efficient, high-quality hiring process.
  • Proactively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Develop diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Build relationships with candidates across creative, technical, and business disciplines.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data within the applicant tracking system.
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and talent community engagement.
