About The Position

The Recruiter selects and hires candidates for open gym-level positions to support Powerback’s strategic recruiting plan and help minimize staff turnover. The role is responsible for delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, through the point when a hire is cleared to start. The Recruiter conducts full-cycle recruiting, manages candidate and requisition activity, meets or exceeds assigned targets, and demonstrates strong customer service, organization, communication, teamwork, integrity, and professionalism. The posted salary range is USD $65,000–$85,000 per year.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume environment is required; healthcare experience is preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database management software.
Excellent time-management, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct full life-cycle recruiting for gym-level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and hiring.
Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other methods.
Manage candidate and requisition activity in the recruiting management system.
Assess applicant qualifications through interviews, analysis of responses, and comparison with job requirements.
Discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and evaluate applicants using consistent qualifications.
Serve as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates during the selection process.
Provide customer service to candidates and hiring managers through the hiring process until the hire is cleared to start.
Facilitate defined recruiting processes.
Meet or exceed assigned targets.
Conduct job fairs and events as assigned by the Director, Recruiting.
Demonstrate care, compassion, respect, appreciation, teamwork, a positive attitude, focus, discipline, honesty, and integrity.
Participate in other duties as assigned.
