About The Position

Alora Behavioral Health (ABH) is seeking a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Team. This role is 100% remote, requiring the candidate to be based in California (CA) or Arizona (AZ) and available between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST or MST. The position offers a competitive compensation package of $21.00 - $25.00 per hour and benefits. The Recruiter will act as an ambassador for ABH's mission, collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners to identify candidates, and build a diverse candidate pipeline. Responsibilities include developing relationships with internal stakeholders, modeling company values, owning the recruitment process, and ensuring compliance. Daily tasks involve interviewing, partner maintenance, sourcing, screening applicants, and providing recruitment operations support.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and customer service skills.
  • Foundational recruiting skills such as sourcing strategies and developing job adverts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Self-motivation, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Adaptability to process changes within the department.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Requires a criminal background check clearance.

  • Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline to meet and exceed production requirements.

  • Taking ownership of the recruitment process to ensure effective and timely hiring.
  • Ensuring compliance at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Interviewing, partner maintenance, sourcing, screening applicants, and providing recruitment operations support.
