Requirements

Master's degree in human services or a related field.
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a hybrid remote role.
Experience with telehealth when clinically effective for the client and BT.

Responsibilities

Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
Supervising cases and providing clinical care.
Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.
