Requirements

Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review.

Nice To Haves

Ability to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV.
Reduced productivity targets at BCBA levels III and IV to focus on developing leadership skills, cultivating other talents, and exploring broader professional interests.

Responsibilities

Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
Providing groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care.
Supervising cases and designing a schedule that works for you.
Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.

Benefits

Earning Potential (Salary +Productivity Bonus): $108,000 - $135,000.
Up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with a second bonus.
First Year Bonus: $7,500.
Up to 22 days off in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.
Remote flexibility, allowing you to balance your clinical work and administrative tasks on your terms.
Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when it's clinically effective for the client and BT.
CEU Stipend: $2,000 annually.
License Reimbursement: We cover the cost of your BCBA license renewal.
