Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
  • Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV.
  • Reduced productivity targets at BCBA levels III and IV to focus on developing leadership skills, cultivating other talents, and exploring broader professional interests.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
  • Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
  • Providing groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care.
  • Supervising cases and designing a schedule that works for you.
  • Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.

Benefits

  • Earning Potential (Salary +Productivity Bonus): $108,000 - $135,000.
  • Up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with a second bonus.
  • First Year Bonus: $7,500.
  • Up to 22 days off in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.
  • Remote flexibility, allowing you to balance your clinical work and administrative tasks on your terms.
  • Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when it's clinically effective for the client and BT.
  • CEU Stipend: $2,000 annually.
