Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a motivated Recruiter to help them attract, interview, hire, and onboard compassionate caregivers throughout the South Shore. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, goal-driven, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or sales experience preferred
Healthcare or home care recruiting experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls
Tech-savvy with experience using Indeed, social media, and Microsoft Office
Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Extensive phone communication, computer work, and candidate follow-up throughout the day

Responsibilities

Recruit caregivers using Indeed, social media, referrals, and other recruiting sources
Create and manage online job postings
Screen applicants and conduct phone and in-person interviews
Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Complete background checks and pre-employment requirements
Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and data entry
Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed
Work closely with our Scheduling team to meet staffing needs
Achieve weekly hiring goals and recruiting metrics
