About The Position

The Department of Audiology at Massachusetts Eye and Ear is seeking a compassionate, skilled Audiologist to join their growing team supporting patients across their Cape Cod locations in Mashpee and Harwich. This role offers the opportunity to help develop a growing hearing aid center and work alongside nationally recognized specialists in a collaborative, patient-centered team environment. Mass General Brigham is a not-for-profit healthcare system dedicated to advancing patient care, research, education, and community service.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A)
  • Current Massachusetts Audiology License
  • One year of professional audiology experience (including clinical fellowship or traineeship)
  • Experience performing diagnostic audiologic evaluations for pediatric and adult patients
  • Doctoral degree with a major in Audiology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Massachusetts license to practice Audiology.
  • One year of professional full-time work experience (including traineeship), preferably in a hospital or medical private office setting.
  • Experience with diagnostic audiologic testing of patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations for patients of all ages.
  • Provide exceptional patient-centered care for individuals with a wide range of hearing and balance disorders.
  • Participate in the development and growth of a new hearing aid center.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and families regarding hearing health and treatment options.
  • Deliver outstanding clinical care while creating a welcoming patient experience.
