About The Position
Shadow Light Studios builds content engines for brands, creators, and entrepreneurs, with clients including Apple, Snapchat, Liquid Death, Golden Goose, Poppi, and MGK. They are looking for a recruiter who can match their fast-paced environment and is obsessed with finding the right people. This role is specifically for someone with experience using Workable.
Requirements
- Hands-on Workable experience is non-negotiable.
- Proven ability to evaluate creative talent (review design portfolios or video editor reels and make quick decisions).
- Organized, reliable, and self-directed.
Responsibilities
- Own the hiring pipeline end-to-end inside Workable.
- Post roles, source and screen candidates, and move the right people through the funnel.
- Primarily hire for graphic designer and video editor positions.
