About The Position

Overview The Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle recruiting to include filling positions with urgency while providing excellent customer service. We would rely on you to develop sourcing strategies, interview and identify top candidates, manage the hiring process, facilitate the on-boarding, maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system, and build a strong pipeline by proactively sourcing potential candidates. Our Recruiters play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring top talent!

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; college degree strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of previous recruitment experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with prior work experience using software and vendor programs to develop reports, prepare documents, etc.
  • Highly effective communicator through both written and spoken words.
  • Highly organized with an ability to work under tight deadlines and with little direction.
  • Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license for 3 years with an acceptable driving record per company policy; maintains insurance on personal vehicle with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Implement appropriate, creative, and effective recruitment strategies utilizing a variety of recruitment resources.
  • Screen all applicants and determine appropriate next steps based upon experience, knowledge, skill, ability, and position description requirements.
  • Conduct applicant interviews, schedule top candidates with hiring managers, and track candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate background checks, driving record checks, reference checks, and employment verifications per company policy and licensing regulations.
  • Maintain related documentation per company policy and licensing regulations.
  • Assist with facilitating new employee orientation.
  • Communicate effectively with teams regarding employment candidates.
  • Develop and maintain an effective pipeline of talent.
  • Conducts self in positive, respectful and collaborative manner in accordance with the MyPath Beliefs and Behaviors, demonstrating proactive actions and decision making that foster supportive work relationships and a healthy and safe environment.
  • Communicates effectively verbally and in writing with internal and external customers maintaining professional conduct and confidentiality.
  • Maintains abreast of current trends in recruiting and other related areas; attends conferences, workshops and other training as needed and shares this new information with department.
  • Complies with and positively reinforces with others the expectations outlined in: Company Handbook; policies and procedures including emergency/disaster procedures, fire/tornado safety and maintains confidentiality.
