About The Position

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Recruiter will play a key role in filling vacancies as quickly as possible and integrating qualified candidates to our fast-paced growing company.

Requirements

A minimum of 2-4 years experience in a similar position
Perfectly bilingual in English and French (oral and written)
Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
The ability to conduct different types of interviews
The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Excellent skills and demonstrated knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)

Responsibilities

Identify current and future staffing needs and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
Create, review, and update job descriptions and role specifications while staying current with recruitment trends and best practices
Partner with department managers to define hiring requirements and candidate profiles
Source and attract qualified candidates through databases, job boards, social media, educational institutions, and other channels
Post and manage job openings across various recruitment platforms
Screen and evaluate résumés and employment applications
Conduct first‑round interviews and pre‑qualify candidates for open positions
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow‑ups with candidates
Extend offers to selected candidates and support the onboarding and integration process
Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and qualifications to ensure the best fit for each role
Promote and enhance the organization’s employer brand and reputation as an employer of choice
Perform other related duties as assigned
