About The Position

This Recruiter role focuses on coordinating end-to-end staffing processes across an assigned scope, such as a business unit, country, location, or function. The position partners closely with hiring leaders to understand their talent needs, create and review requisitions, and design effective sourcing strategies. You will manage candidate pipelines, drive recruitment campaigns, and ensure a high-quality experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders while adhering to recruitment policies and performance targets.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of recruitment or human resources job-related experience, including internships where applicable.
  • College or university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven relationship management capability to effectively support and manage multiple internal customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with various levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to lead and coordinate efforts of recruiting team members without formal reporting lines.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret recruiting data and metrics.
  • High attention to detail in managing candidate information, requisitions, and recruitment documentation.
  • Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation in driving recruitment activities forward.
  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly and continuously improve recruitment practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook and Teams.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of at least one additional local language relevant to the assigned region is preferred.
  • Volume hiring experience is desirable.
  • Strong client service orientation with a commitment to providing a high level of service to internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with shared service teams and external recruitment channel partners such as agencies.
  • Experience coordinating recruitment campaigns across multiple roles or locations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary recruiting contact for hiring managers and leadership within the assigned business unit, location, or function, ensuring a deep understanding of recruiting needs and required skills.
  • Partner with hiring managers to review and create requisitions and discuss potential sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline by implementing effective sourcing strategies and program managing recruitment campaigns as required.
  • Ensure the quality of prospective candidates presented to hiring managers by thoroughly screening and assessing fit for open requisitions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with the centralized Shared Service Team and recruitment channel partners, including agencies, to deliver recruitment services as appropriate.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with local recruitment policies and processes throughout all recruiting activities.
  • Track candidates through the recruitment process and actively work to minimize time-to-hire from resume submission to offer acceptance by driving the candidate pipeline.
  • Use and maintain the candidate database, ensuring accurate, up-to-date data management of recruitment applications by hiring managers at all times.
  • Coordinate closely with assigned sourcers and recruiting coordinators to align on business needs and ensure client satisfaction for recruitment efforts within the span of support.
  • Prioritize a positive candidate experience in all recruitment activities, ensuring timely communication and professional interactions.
  • Provide regular recruiting status updates to regional and global recruiting leadership, including performance versus targets and any sourcing or recruiting challenges.
  • Collaborate with recruiters in other regions to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned, and provide back-up recruiting services for other regions as needed.
  • Analyze and interpret recruiting metrics and data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Influence and coordinate the efforts of recruiting team members who support requisitions within your span of support, even without direct reporting relationships.
  • Maintain strong client service orientation by delivering responsive, high-quality recruitment support to internal stakeholders.
