About The Position

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across logistics, manufacturing, and call center environments in the Alpharetta, GA area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, excels at building pipelines, and knows how to attract and engage hourly and skilled talent.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience preferred)
  • Experience hiring for logistics, manufacturing, or call center roles highly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and job boards
  • Ability to work independently and meet recruiting goals

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience with high-volume hiring events and job fairs
  • Knowledge of local Alpharetta / North Atlanta labor market

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for high-volume roles including warehouse associates, forklift operators, production workers, and customer service representatives
  • Source candidates using job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter), social media, referrals, and local outreach strategies
  • Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring events (virtual and in-person)
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing workforce needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing demands and hiring priorities
  • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate flow, and conversion rates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
