About The Position

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across logistics, manufacturing, and call center environments in the Alpharetta, GA area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, excels at building pipelines, and knows how to attract and engage hourly and skilled talent.

Requirements

1–3+ years of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience preferred)
Experience hiring for logistics, manufacturing, or call center roles highly preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment
Strong sourcing and networking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Proficiency with ATS systems and job boards
Ability to work independently and meet recruiting goals

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Experience with high-volume hiring events and job fairs
Knowledge of local Alpharetta / North Atlanta labor market

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for high-volume roles including warehouse associates, forklift operators, production workers, and customer service representatives
Source candidates using job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter), social media, referrals, and local outreach strategies
Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews and hiring events (virtual and in-person)
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing workforce needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing demands and hiring priorities
Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate flow, and conversion rates
Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
