About The Position

Network Right is looking for a thoughtful, proactive recruiter to help scale their team during a period of continued growth. This person will own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of business functions and play a key role in shaping candidate experience, hiring processes, and talent strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and energized by building strong teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within startup or high-growth environments.
  • High agency; ability to identify and solve problems without being asked.
  • Builder mentality; experience setting up ATS configurations, building outreach sequences, creating scorecards, and designing interview processes from scratch.
  • Experience hiring across multiple business functions including GTM, IT, operations, customer success, or corporate roles.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and comfort proactively reaching out to passive candidates.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn, Juicebox, etc., and modern recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the recruiting infrastructure from the ground up, designing workflows, building automations, and creating systems.
  • Proactively identify and fix inefficiencies in the recruiting process.
  • Build automations across the recruiting stack, including candidate outreach, pipeline tracking, interview scheduling, and offer workflows.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across business, operations, GTM, customer-facing, and corporate functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and maintain hiring momentum.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent.
  • Drive a high-quality candidate experience through responsive communication, interview preparation, and consistent follow-through.
  • Coordinate interviews, hiring logistics, offer processes, and other recruiting workflows.
  • Operate as a trusted recruiting partner in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and hiring needs.
