About The Position

The Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent. This individual will recruit across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions while helping improve recruiting processes and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing high-volume hiring with specialized technical recruiting and wants to help build recruiting infrastructure within a rapidly growing company.

Requirements

4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and business roles.
Prior experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, energy, automotive, or other highly technical environments.
Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying passive talent.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience influencing hiring managers through data and market insights.
Comfortable working in a growing startup where priorities evolve quickly.
Based in the United States
Willing to work on-site in Austin, TX

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting within manufacturing, hardware, aerospace, energy, semiconductor, robotics, or defense industries.
Experience recruiting sales or commercial talent.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Rippling preferred) and recruiting analytics.
Experience supporting university recruiting or internship programs.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
Source passive candidates through professional networking platforms, employee referrals, industry networks, and creative sourcing strategies.
Recruit for a broad range of positions including: Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, and Software Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Commercial and Sales
Conduct recruiter screens and provide hiring teams with high-quality candidate recommendations.
Coordinate interview processes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview consistency, and employer branding.
Support university recruiting, internship programs, and hiring events as needed.
