About The Position

We are seeking a Recruiter with 8+ years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on full cycle recruiting for complex, senior-level roles, including Directors, Executives, and Division-level leadership. The ideal candidate is competitive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning searches that require discretion, strategy, and persistence. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality candidates in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. C.A. Murren is a full-service contractor with over 40 years of experience in the industrial, civil, and power industry, operating throughout the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States. Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong command of the English language with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with senior leaders and candidates.
  • Strong customer service and consultative mindset. Ability to partner with hiring leaders and operate as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience recruiting senior-level leadership roles such as Directors, Executives, Division Managers, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, closing, and offer negotiation for high-level roles.
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program.
  • Subject to a background screening process
  • Must complete Culture Index personality survey.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full cycle recruiting for senior-level, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Proactively source candidates using advanced search strategies to build strong pipelines for executive and leadership positions.
  • Conduct in-depth resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews focused on experience, leadership capability, and cultural alignment.
  • Own and manage the entire candidate experience with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and refine job descriptions, role requirements, and search strategies.
  • Conduct detailed reference checks for leadership candidates.
  • Create, manage, and extend offer letters, including support with negotiation and closing.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes with executives and senior leaders.
  • Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, market conditions, and best practices for executive and leadership hiring.
  • Demonstrate strong experience using recruiting software, ATS, HRIS, or HRMS systems.
  • Utilize a variety of interview and selection methods appropriate for leadership-level roles.
  • Manage approximately 10 active requisitions, with a focus on quality, speed, and alignment rather than volume alone.
