About The Position

Collaborates with department managers to proactively identify current and future hiring needs. Attracts candidates utilizing various sources, such as online sources, job fairs, and employee referrals. Provides support to Human Resources Department and store locations. Ensures every customer is satisfied with the products, services, and support of all staff. Resolves customer’s concerns efficiently and effectively. Promotes a positive attitude at all times. Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor. Exhibits a high level of customer service daily. Acknowledges appreciation of clients and customers. This organization reserves the right to revise the essential position functions as the need arises.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
  • Able to set work priorities and work independently in the absence of supervision.
  • Able to understand and carry out oral and written directions.
  • Ability to maintain high degree of motivation in team members to retain focus of providing highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of related experience.
  • Steady work record.
  • Must be able to perform each of the essential position functions.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Prepares recruitment materials and posts jobs to appropriate job board, colleges, etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, online sources, job and career fairs, schools, and associated clubs.
  • Ability to engage easily in presentations with groups or individuals.
  • Assess candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Screens resumes and coordinates interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintains relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved and maintained.
  • Promotes company values and culture as ‘best place to work.’
  • Provides analytical and well documented recruiting reports on regular basis.
  • Supports the service technician apprenticeship program by connecting potential students with store managers at sponsoring locations.
  • Provides support to students in the apprenticeship program.
  • Stays current on company’s organization structure, personnel policies, and state/federal laws regarding employment practices.
  • Maintains a safe working environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure every customer is satisfied with the products, services, and support of all staff.
