About The Position

Trulieve is a rapidly growing company in a fast-paced industry, dedicated to providing patients with trusted relief through naturally grown products. Our mission is to alleviate symptoms associated with serious medical conditions by offering carefully cultivated products and compassionate care, working closely with physicians to ensure the right dosage for each patient. We are seeking a temporary Retail Recruiter to support our mission and values by identifying and attracting the talent needed to grow our human capital.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques
Experience recruiting for a variety of positions
Experience working within ATS and HRIS systems; SAP and/or SuccessFactors preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of Excel (tracking, reporting, basic formulas)
Highly motivated, confident, and high-energy
Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Organized and can stay on top of numerous candidates with timely follow-up
Strong, engaging communicator with a knack for selling candidates
Ability to work with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels
Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening

Background recruiting in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or other high-volume environments preferred

Responsibilities

Source candidates using effective, creative outreach techniques
Communicate with candidates and coordinate phone screens and interviews via email, phone, and ATS tools.
Facilitate reference checks, background checks, and offer negotiation
Maintain candidate data and outreach in our application tracking system
Work closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and process
Track recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvement
Represent Trulieve at recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen employer branding.
Support additional recruiting efforts and special projects as necessary
