This is a high volume phone job where you will spend your day calling pre-screened applicants and getting them booked for interviews. Requirements

• Comfortable on the phone and not afraid to dial
• Competitive and motivated by goals

• Ready to work in-office, full-time
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
