About The Position

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is hiring an in-house Recruiter for its corporate recruiting team. The Recruiter will source, attract, and retain Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts, with a focus on qualified Behavioral Technicians in the Mid-Atlantic and New England markets. Searches, phone screens, and interviews or Zoom meetings are conducted from the corporate office in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. This internal recruiting role is not associated with agency staffing and is not remote. The position is full-time, with a regular 40-hour workweek during normal business hours and no nights or weekends.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite.
• High energy and passion.
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
• Ability to learn and understand basic medical terminology and healthcare-related language.
• Reliable transportation to and from Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in behavioral healthcare is not required.
• Transferable experience from proprietary school admissions, call center leadership, insurance sales, or high-volume customer service.
• A desire to grow with the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Conduct interviews by phone or Zoom.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Serve as the first contact for candidate questions.
• Maintain compliance across recruiting activities.
• Meet and exceed assigned quotas.
