About The Position
Clearwater Shower Bath is looking for a motivated Recruiter to help us find and connect with great candidates as our company continues to grow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in recruiting and human resources while taking ownership of a highly visible role. You will work directly with our HR Manager and company leadership, receive hands-on training, and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our team. Clearwater Shower Bath is a locally owned and rapidly growing bathroom remodeling company serving homeowners throughout Florida. Because we are growing, your work will have a direct and visible impact on the company. You will not be limited to scheduling interviews or processing paperwork. Requirements
- At least one year of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, staffing, or a similar people-focused position preferred
- Confident and friendly phone presence
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and following up with candidates
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to manage several open positions and candidates at once
- Motivated, dependable, and comfortable working toward hiring goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Experience with an ATS, HR system, Indeed, or other recruiting technology is helpful but not required
- Recruiting experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with a strong sales, customer service, or call-center background who are interested in developing a career in recruiting and HR.
Responsibilities
- Review applications and identify qualified candidates
- Contact candidates quickly by phone, text, and email
- Conduct phone interviews for sales, installation, customer service, and office positions
- Schedule interviews and maintain consistent candidate follow-up
- Post and manage positions on Indeed and other recruiting platforms
- Keep candidate information and interview notes organized in our Applicant Tracking System
- Build relationships with candidates and create a positive hiring experience
- Develop a pipeline of candidates for frequently hired positions
- Assist the HR Manager with onboarding and occasional HR projects
- Help improve our recruiting process as the company grows
