About The Position

Safe Haven Security is seeking a Recruiter to join our organization. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in actively sourcing and identifying candidates to support our rapid growth. You will be responsible for identifying candidates and presenting the best quality of candidate to our hiring managers.

Requirements

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proficient with applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and job boards
Proven ability to meet and surpass recruiting metrics in a dynamic environment
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously as well as collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job boards, social media, and other creative channels
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Develop a strong pipeline of candidate for hiring manager to interview and select from
Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand their needs and provide guidance on candidate selection
Maintain detailed records and metrics on recruiting activities and performance
Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs) for time-to-fill, cost-per-application, hire, and other recruiting metrics.
Serve as a brand ambassador for Safe Haven Security
