Requirements

• Raise objects up to 25 lbs.
• Remain stationary for extended periods
• Ability to communicate information
• Ability to operate a computer
• Possess/maintain a Valid Driver's License
• Travel requirement 10%

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years in high-volume or technical recruiting
• Proven experience recruiting for a broad spectrum of roles, ranging from high-volume hiring to technical and sales positions

Responsibilities

• Source and build a robust talent pipeline through creative recruiting strategies to attract both passive and non-passive candidates to ALLO opportunities.
• Be the face of ALLO by building community relationships and promoting our brand.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure seamless and successful hiring outcomes.
• Act as a culture champion, ensuring every hire aligns with ALLO’s values.
• Manage the hiring process from screening, interviews and offers.
• Stay compliant with employment laws and company policies.
