About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to support hiring efforts across our property management portfolio, including leasing, property management, accounting/finance, and maintenance roles. This role will also provide hands-on support for HR projects and new-hire onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to build a long-term career in Recruiting and Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Recruiting/HR
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ATS experience is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a major plus!

Responsibilities

  • Support the full-cycle recruiting process from initial resume review to delivering offers for all positions
  • Post job openings and manage applicant flow in the ATS (Spark Hire)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
  • Assist with offers and pre-employment processes
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Support HR projects, reporting, and employee file maintenance
