About The Position

This role is for a Future-Forward Recruiter who shares a vision of building the future of recruiting. The company utilizes a custom-built, AI-powered platform and automation tools to handle sourcing, screening, and matching, allowing recruiters to focus on relationship building and understanding people's motivations. As a Recruiter, you will leverage proprietary technology to connect professionals with roles at leading brands. This is not a transactional role; it requires someone who is innately curious, driven by urgency, and fearless in building relationships. The technology integrates with top candidate sources and job boards to quickly identify and engage with qualified talent, reducing time spent on repetitive data entry. The role also involves client engagement, requiring the recruiter to become an expert in specific industries and functional areas to understand clients' unique needs and company cultures. The position demands a proactive, resourceful builder with a creative approach to sourcing talent, driving progress, and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Tech-Enabled Talent Pools: Identify unique recruiting sources to proactively build geography- and category-based Talent Pools that anticipate client requirements.
  • Leverage AI Technology: Use cutting-edge technology to efficiently source, screen, and present the best-matched candidates. The platform handles the bulk of the manual work, freeing up time for high-impact activities.
  • Be a Human Connector: Engage deeply with candidates to understand their career goals, motivations, and aspirations beyond what is written on their resume. Build rapid rapport and credibility.
  • Build Client Relationships: Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, team dynamics, and specific requirements. Use human insights to make successful, long-lasting placements.
  • Become an Industry Expert: Develop deep knowledge of specific sectors and functional areas to speak fluently and confidently with both executive clients and top-tier candidates.
  • Influence and Advise: Use market expertise and emotional intelligence to advise candidates on their career paths and consult clients on their overall talent strategies.
