About The Position

As Jacksonville's only locally governed, faith-based, not-for-profit health system, we offer a full spectrum of care through 200+ locations and six hospitals, including centers of excellence like Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, Baptist Heart Hospital, Baptist Neurological Institute, and Wolfson Children's Hospital. We are hiring for a full-time Recruiter to work closely with leadership to develop strategic recruitment plans for current and future health system needs. The Recruiter will be responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for clinical, clerical, technical, administrative, and professional positions throughout the system.
Requirements
- Associate Degree required
- Over 10 years Recruitment experience
- Knowledge of employment laws
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic recruitment plan to fill current and future needs for the Health System.
- Interview, test, and refer applicants for clinical, clerical, technical, administrative, and professional positions throughout the system.
