About The Position

We are seeking a Part-time Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions. This remote role requires approximately 20-25 hours per week and involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, and the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a remote environment.

Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP experience is a plus)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting for corporate, technical, or SaaS organizations preferred
B2B SaaS recruiting
ERP, software, customer success, implementation, professional services, or engineering recruiting
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for assigned positions
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking
Screen candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience, and overall fit
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular pipeline updates
Maintain accurate candidate records within ADP Recruiting
Prepare candidate summaries and interview feedback for hiring teams
Extend verbal offers and support candidates through the hiring process
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding
Assist with additional recruiting projects as business needs require
