About The Position

This is a temporary assignment for a Field Recruiter in Louisville, KY. The role involves meeting with the team to brainstorm strategies for attracting talent, using creative thinking and marketing skills to promote job postings and social media, and employing interview techniques to find suitable candidates. The recruiter will also build a pipeline of potential hires and conduct necessary pre-employment checks such as drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verification to onboard new employees efficiently.

Requirements

Recruiting & staffing experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple customers on a daily basis
Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team

Use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9’s to get candidates to work
