About The Position

EmployBridge is seeking a Recruiter in Concord, NC, who is driven by values of Honesty, Integrity, Maturity, Passion, and Family First. This role is crucial in finding great people great jobs and making a positive impact on the community. The Recruiter will utilize creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, conduct interviews to find the right fit, build candidate pipelines, and manage the onboarding process including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s.

Requirements

1 year in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment
A strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use
A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations
A Strong customer service focus
Being able to manage your time and stay organized

Responsibilities

Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
Use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
Conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!
