About The Position
This is a temporary assignment for a Field Recruiter in Louisville, KY. The role involves actively seeking and attracting candidates, using creative thinking and marketing skills to stand out, and employing interview techniques to find the right fit for opportunities. The recruiter will also manage the onboarding process, including drug screens, background checks, and I-9s, to ensure candidates can start working quickly. The position aims to impact order fulfillment and change lives by connecting people with jobs.
Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple customers on a daily basis
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
Responsibilities
- Meet with the team to brainstorm new ways to attract great people.
- Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
- Apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community.
- Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate.
- Build a pipeline of people and actively look for ways to impact order fulfillment.
- Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.
