We are seeking a part-time, contract Recruiter to join our team and support hiring across multiple functions, with a strong focus on GTM roles. In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for key positions while proactively building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for Sales and other critical business functions. We're looking for a resourceful, results-driven recruiter with deep sourcing expertise and a track record of identifying, engaging, and securing top talent. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively partner with hiring managers to support Ceros’s growth.

Requirements

5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success in using proactive and creative sourcing strategies, with an ability to attract and engage passive candidates.
Track record of partnering with C-level executives to drive strategic hiring initiatives in high-growth tech startups.
Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and how to engage top talent in the enterprise tech industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire candidates and influence hiring decisions.

Experience with Greenhouse is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the competencies and requirements of each role, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Utilize creative sourcing methods to access a wide array of talent pools, incorporating unconventional sources to broaden our reach.
Serve as a strategic advisor to our hiring managers, offering insights on market trends and best practices in hiring.
Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs by engaging with passive candidates and maintaining relationships with potential hires.
