About The Position
Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a Recruiter to join its growing team. The Recruiter will take ownership of the candidate experience and manage recruiting and onboarding activities for open positions. This is a temporary position located in Eagan, Minnesota, with an hourly salary range of $25.00 to $30.00.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Two to three years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Ability to establish effective, cooperative working relationships built on trust.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfort making decisions independently.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and post jobs for all open positions.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and applications and conducting phone screenings.
- Facilitate offers, including extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
- Manage onboarding and the new-hire process.
- Stay informed about recruiting trends and best practices.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Ensure screening, hiring, and selection comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Perform reference checks as needed.
