About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in recruiting, interviewing, checking references, and making offers. The role requires strong sourcing skills and the ability to work under immediate supervision while following pre-established guidelines.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in sourcing and talent acquisition.
Technical recruiting experience, preferably within the tech industry.
Ability to thrive in a goal-driven and high-volume environment.
Familiarity with ATS and full-cycle recruiting.

Nice To Haves

Experience with technical SDE recruiting is preferred.
Ability to perform Boolean searches and cold calling.
Experience with scheduling phone screens and conducting in-person interviews.
Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and check references for candidates.
Identify talent through strong sourcing skills.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and build plans accordingly.
Conduct high-volume sourcing and talent acquisition.
Engage in individual conversations with candidates and hiring managers to ensure alignment with hiring needs.
Work with both internal business side customers and candidates to facilitate the hiring process.
Participate in a collaborative team environment while maintaining individual desk time.
Share learnings and contribute to a fun and engaging team culture.
