Requirements

Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Manage job postings and recruitment marketing efforts.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding activities in collaboration with HR and hiring teams.
