The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates across multiple industries and maintaining an active pool of skilled individuals. Key duties include conducting talent calls, interviews, interview preparations, and orientations. The role also involves completing all pre-employment due diligence, such as employment applications, background and drug testing, I9s, and W4s. The Recruiter will create and update payroll records, manage pay rates, job assignment information, and electronic time entry credentials. They will manage temporary associates on assignments, handling staffing emergencies, job coaching, and terminations. Other responsibilities include skill marketing job seekers to clients and local companies, documenting and maintaining candidate and client information in the company database, and communicating daily updates on job searches to client managers. The Recruiter must ensure all company practices align with standard operating processes, post job advertisements on various platforms like CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other PS social media sites, tour client locations to understand position requirements, and attend daily team staff meetings.
