About The Position
Volt is immediately hiring a Hybrid Recruiter in Central IL. We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Hybrid Recruiter to join our team and support hiring needs. In this role, you’ll connect top talent with meaningful opportunities while partnering closely with our clients to provide exceptional results and effective on-site management for our workforce.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
- Experience handling employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems (MS Office, ATS, timekeeping tools).
- Experience recruiting, staffing, or onsite workforce management experience.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting and strengthening client partnerships through exceptional on-site services.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client leadership, supervisors, and HR teams.
- Handling associate relations, including concerns, coaching, performance conversations, and disciplinary actions.
- Attending client meetings to review staffing metrics, service performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Sourcing, recruiting, and staffing candidates using job boards, databases, networking, social media, and passive sourcing strategies.
- Client visits once per week, or every other week to client facilities located in Peoria, Joliet, Galesburg, Coal Valley, Princeville, and Hoffman Estates.
