About The Position

Creative Dining Services is seeking a full-time Recruitment Partner to join our People & Culture team! Our mission is to provide our clients with fresh, sustainable, innovative, customized hospitality experiences, operating with integrity, and working in open and trusting relationships. We’re looking for a Recruitment Partner who is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while driving efficient, data-driven hiring processes. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, while acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers. You’ll help shape recruitment strategies, leverage data and recruiting metrics to improve hiring performance, help optimize enterprise-wide recruitment processes, and ensure every candidate feels valued and informed. This position reports to the Vice President of People & Culture and will have a hybrid work schedule at our Zeeland, Michigan corporate office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree business or related field and 4–6 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with multi-site (multi-state preferred), high volume recruiting; Hospitality or food-service recruiting preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of external recruitment platform algorithms, metrics, and process optimization.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and manage multiple requisitions with remote stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • Effectively develop internal relationships across the Creative Dining Services organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to meet the unique needs of multiple roles and locations.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates while delivering a high-quality and transparent candidate experience.
  • Clearly communicate role expectations, compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate interviews, panels, assessments and feedback sessions; ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Manage offer development and delivery of decisions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Verify employment eligibility, conduct reference and background checks, and manage compliance documentation.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time to fill, placement retention, pipeline health, candidate experience) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support and optimize enterprise recruitment processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
