About The Position

As a Recruiter, you'll be the first connection between talented healthcare professionals and our organization. You'll build relationships with candidates across the Midwest, partner with clinic leaders, represent BST at recruiting events, and help shape the future of our growing organization. The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the success of Big Stone Therapies through recruiting efforts. In this role you'll have opportunities to travel to career fairs and universities, represent Big Stone Therapies at professional conferences, develop creative recruitment marketing campaigns, build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, and help shape our employer brand. You'll join a supportive team that enjoys collaborating, sharing ideas, celebrating successes, and continuously improving our recruitment strategies. Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
  • Experience in recruiting, sales, marketing, customer service, or relationship-building roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly for recruitment events
  • Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for career fairs and networking events

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Source and connect with prospective candidates through multiple recruiting channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, clinical affiliates, and experienced clinicians
  • Coordinate interviews, clinic visits, and candidate experiences
  • Partner with hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
  • Present and negotiate employment offers
  • Track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
