Requirements

• HS diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple candidates and activities simultaneously
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in maintaining detailed records and reporting on recruiting activities
• Adaptability to shifting priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Willingness and ability to work onsite at the assigned manufacturing facility and travel locally as required

Nice To Haves

• Hourly, production, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or skilled trades recruiting experience
• Experience planning and executing high-volume hiring events
• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting, Paradox, or other automated candidate engagement tools
• Experience using recruiting trackers, dashboards, or daily hiring reports
• Background working directly with manufacturing or operations teams
• Bilingual communication skills relevant to the candidate population

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Plan and lead onsite hiring events, interview days, and job fairs to attract quality candidates
• Manage candidate flow, resolve issues, and ensure a positive, well-organized hiring process
• Partner closely with HR, recruiting teams, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver results
• Monitor recruiting activity daily, remove process barriers, and provide regular status updates and reports
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, documentation, and compliance with company policies
• Adjust work hours as needed for events, interviews, and orientations, including occasional evenings or weekends
• Handle sensitive candidate information with confidentiality and professionalism
