About The Position

This is a full-time Recruiter/HR Associate position located in Woodridge, IL. The role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an annual salary range of $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience. The position involves managing the full recruitment cycle, coordinating onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR functions. Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews)
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR compliance files
• Support leave administration and accommodation processes
• Assist with employee relations and workplace investigations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
