Your role will involve leveraging applicant tracking systems and web-based tools to keep the hiring process efficient and engaging. You will act as a strategic partner to store leaders and HR teams, aligning recruiting strategies with succession planning and growth objectives. You will build strong pipelines for critical store positions, provide actionable insights through hiring trend analysis, and participate in recruitment events like job fairs and presentations.
