This role will lead full-cycle recruiting for our store operations, including salaried positions, ensuring every candidate experience reflects our brand and values. You will source top talent, guide candidates through interviews and negotiations, and make a measurable impact on our store workforce. Your role will involve leveraging applicant tracking systems and web-based tools to keep the hiring process efficient and engaging. You will act as a strategic partner to store leaders and HR teams, aligning recruiting strategies with succession planning and growth objectives. You will build strong pipelines for critical store positions, provide actionable insights through hiring trend analysis, and participate in recruitment events like job fairs and presentations. Every day, you will help shape the future of our stores by connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) and web-based recruiting tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Skilled in interviewing, organization, and time management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed.
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Retail experience preferred.
