About The Position

We are EVOTYM — a specialised recruitment agency focused on FinTech, Payments, Crypto, and regulated financial services. We work with international, fast-growing companies and help them hire strong, high-impact talent across commercial, product, and operations roles. We are a small, experienced team with a high bar for quality. We move fast, work closely with clients, and focus on delivering real results — not just filling roles. Our approach is hands-on, structured, and deeply involved in each search. We are looking for a Recruiter who will take full ownership of hiring processes for Sales Roles for our clients, from sourcing to closing candidates. This role is highly execution-focused and requires speed, curiosity, and strong communication skills. You will work directly with clients and candidates, build sourcing strategies, and manage multiple roles simultaneously. The focus is on finding the right candidates, not just filling pipelines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Fluent Russian and strong English; the role involves communication with international clients and candidates.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience building candidate pipelines.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to position roles and companies effectively.
  • Experience working with Sales and BizDev roles.
  • High level of ownership and self-direction.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised.
  • Ability to work fast without losing quality.
  • Curiosity and willingness to go deep into roles and markets.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech or tech is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates proactively using multiple channels, building strong and relevant pipelines for each role.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess both experience and motivation.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from first contact to offer stage.
  • Communicate with clients and candidates in English and Russian on a daily basis.
  • Present roles and companies effectively, ensuring strong candidate engagement.
  • Build and improve sourcing strategies, including automation and process optimisation.
  • Maintain structured tracking of candidates and pipelines across roles.
