About The Position
We are seeking a Recruiter / SR. Associate, Talent Acquisition to help expand by hiring top-notch Go-to-Market roles in our Austin offi ce. In this role, you’ll partner with Go-to-Market leadership to determine recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies. Your duties will include advertising positions, screening candidates, preparing for interviews, up to extending off ers to candidates. You may also be required to maintain applicant tracking systems, like Greenhouse, and assist managers and hiring teams in making objective hiring decisions. To ensure success, the Sr. Recruiter / Sr. Associate, Talent Acquisition should have a demonstrable track record in hiring talented revenue generating candidates. Outstanding sales recruiters study metrics to track recruitment successes and identify opportunities for improvement in the hiring process.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience- ideally with-in sales or business development recruitment
- Experience working with external clients with competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills
- Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships across functions and levels
- Industry knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new tools as needed; proactive in learning independently
- Proficient in recruiting ATS platforms; preferably Greenhouse
- Internal and external negotiation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with project and program management
- Experience working in startup and or FinTech environment(s)
Responsibilities
- Managing high volume, full-cycle recruiting for entry to Director level revenue generating roles; Sales, Business Development, Sales Support, and Onboarding.
- Developing and implementing a hiring strategy in consultation with hiring managers.
- Determining the audience, method, and reach of the hiring process.
- Designing eye catching recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Advertising sales jobs via suitable recruitment platforms and networks.
