We are hiring an experienced Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring season from March through September 2026 for our field-based roles. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, partners closely with hiring managers, and enjoys delivering results during peak hiring periods. Based out of our Downtown Los Angeles headquarters, this hybrid role offers strong collaboration, meaningful impact, and competitive compensation for a temporary assignment.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
  • Strong experience with ATS platforms
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines independently

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience recruiting for construction, landscaping, or field-based workforces
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate, operational, and field-based roles
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Operations leaders to support hiring initiatives
  • Own candidate management within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and passive sourcing
  • Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Maintain recruiting dashboards and reports (open requisitions, pipeline status, hiring incentives)
  • Deliver a professional, positive candidate experience from first contact through offer
  • Promote hiring incentives and employee referral programs
  • Continuously refine sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals
